Anways...was planning to start my regular workout routine today but i guess i'll just start esok tah *tsk* miss my routine *tsk* miss the metal steel a.k.a besi-besian. Oh metal~ i miss them especially yang 'Gila' =X
Reason why i did not want to go today...well actually ada 2 reasons..
- Injured right wrist.
- Hujan(additional alasan...hehehe..a bonus)
Toh dapat hadiah.. just call me awg lebam =P...adei tajang krg sapa mengalar catu ah =X..hmpf..i missed how many days of workout sudah...i did went to workout jua while i am injured atu..but everytime lepas i worked out..my wrist makin sakit..so i guess biar cia fully recovered dulu. And harini i canceled going sebab terasa sakit...awal2 mcm ok rasanya..maybe because of the weather...hmm i wonder~
Jogging: Berapa hari udah inda jogging ni..dangan jogging ani injured cia jua...huhu...kesian~ yatah kan belumba tah lagi nah...hahah..get well soon Yun..cana kan kuyus ni...huhu..
